Said & Done

9 & 10 March @ 7.30pm

Two women sit at a table at a wedding.

They hate everyone at this wedding. They hate themselves. And, although they are the very best of friends, they probably hate each other.

When you know everything about a person’s life it’s easyto find

ammunition to use it against them, but when does teasing get too much and insults go too far?

Darkly comic with highlights of original music and cheesy pop, Said And Done is a snapshot into the lives of two women who are far too close

.

Sugarscratch Theatre is a brand new Bristol-based company made up of

Lily London and Alice Ritchie. They first got the chance to work together duringthe second year of Bristol Old Vic’s Made In Bristol project.

And now they’ve joined forces again.

Said and Done -their debut show– sprouted from an image in Alice’s head of a woman dancing alone to Cher.

“Grotesque, physical and hilarious insight into female friendship”

Audience Feedback

“Said and Done manages to be many things packed into a 50 minute show. Funny, painful – their observational humour is spot on”

Theatre Shop is in the pedestrianised square behind B&M Bargains, tucked between Superdrug and Boots.

We recommend parking in B&M Bargains car park and  walking across Queens Square where you'll find Theatre Shop.

Theatre Orchard and Living Spit met in 2012. Their eyes locked across a crowded room and they decided to get together and turn an empty shop into a theatre.

They named their bundle of joy “Theatre Shop”. It’s 5 years old this year and is now run by The Theatre Shop CIC, a brand new not-for-profit company.
